Any additional persons, visitors, or guests who stay beyond 1 hour
must pay additional person, guest, or visitor fees.
All cottages and cabins include picnic table & fire ring.
Pets are not allowed in or around cottages and cabins.
Smoking is not allowed in cottages or cabins.

Standard Lakefront Cottage Rentals
Standard Lakefront Cottages are 12ft x 24ft, plus a 5ft x 12ft screened front porch, and 8ft x 20ft side deck.
We recommend a maximum of 2 adults (2 are included in the rate). The bunk beds are suitable for small children.
There is parking for 2 vehicles.

The 2 bedroom cottage is 25ft x 40ft with an enclosed front porch, living/dining area, kitchen,
and bathroom with shower. There is a large backyard and parking for 4 vehicles.
We recommend this cottage for 2 family vacations, or for 4 or more adults.
Located 600 feet from the lake front.
2 Bedroom Deluxe Classic Cottage features all of the following:
2 bedrooms with queen size beds, dresser and alarm clock

Cottage & Cabin Policies
Our rates, include 2 adults and up to 4 children aged 12 and under. Any additional persons, visitors, or guests who stay beyond 1 hour must pay additional
person, guest or visitor’s fees. Guests / visitors may not bring pets onto the property. Guests / visitors must leave the property by 9:00PM.
All guests / visitors must be registered, and you are responsible for their behavior. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests / visitors.
A gate card is needed to enter after office hours.
Cottage/Cabin Deposit Policy: Deposit of 50% of rental rate is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due at check in. Except for holidays,
which must be paid in full.
Cottage/Cabin Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be returned once the unit has been re-rented for the same dates less (-) a $60.00 Cancellation Fee.
Deposit is forfeited if unit is not re-rented for the same dates.
Additional adults and children will be charged a fee.
2 Adult Maximum in Standard Cabins and Standard Cottages. 4 Adult Maximum in Deluxe Cabins. 4 Adult Maximum in Deluxe Cottages. 6 Adult Maximum
in 2 bedroom cottage.
Guest of record must check in before extra adults or visitors will be allowed to enter.
Customers must bring: towels, bedding, dishes, cookware and utensils.
Pets Are Not Permitted. No Smoking.
Unit must be swept, trash removed, and surfaces cleaned. Cleaning / Damage expenses will be charged if there are unreasonable cleaning issues or
damages.

Minimum Cottage Reservation: 4 Day minimum between June 15th and August 21st, 2 Day minimum other dates, except 3 Days on Holiday weekends.
Reservations for less than the designated minimum stays will be accepted as fill-ins, if available.

Cottage & Cabin Reservation Requests
As a convenience to our guests, we accept reservations, starting February 1st. To guarantee a reservation, we will require you to provide
us with a credit card deposit by phone call.
Our Cottages and Cabins are very popular and we are always busy with reservations. In February we begin taking 1 week minimum reservations
from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. We begin taking shorter reservations later. Please review our Cottage/ Cabin Reservation
Policies for minimum reservations.
Please read and print our Cottage/Cabin Deposit and Cancellation Policies (below), before sending the completed Reservation Request form.
To make sure that our facilities are suitable for you, please review our Policies Page, and our Enjoying your stay page, before contacting us.
We try very hard to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all, so all policies are strictly enforced.
There are three different ways to make a reservation:
1) The best way is to call us during business hours (9:00AM – 6:00PM). If you call, we can quickly answer any questions that you have
and immediately enter your reservation to give you the best chance to get you the site that you want.
2) The next best way is, if our phone is busy, e-mail us your request and include your phone number and a time that you can be
reached (9:00AM – 6:00PM).
3) You may also submit your request using the Reservation Request form (below). We will make every effort to respond to your
reservation request as soon as possible. When we are busy (June – August), it will take longer. If you have questions, we may ask you to
call. We can answer your questions more completely and faster by phone. Please note that we process phone-in reservations first. The
site that is available when you make your request may be taken if we go through a long e-mail conversation. You will have to call with
your credit card information to complete your reservation.
Please remember that your deposit must be processed and authorized before your reservation is confirmed. All guests must have a
Confirmed reservation in order to guarantee a specific date and site.
Group Reservations
Group reservations can be confusing and complicated at check in. If these recommendations are followed your check in will be simple and easy:
1) Provide the name, address, phone number, number of adults and children, and credit card information for all sites being reserved,
or have all camping families call individually with their information.
2) Refer all campers to this website so that they can be familiar with our facilities and policies.
3) If all adults are not arriving at the same time, a list of all who are expected must be provided at check in.
4) Camper of record must check in before extra adults or guests will be allowed to enter.
